One would have to question the “appropriateness “ of the term Coun. Heidi Rast used - “ a bunch of crap.“
It may be a commonly used expression these days, but coming from a municipal councillor, the term is not acceptable.
A public apology to the citizens of View Royal would be expected and appreciated.
