I am curious to know why our council in Colwood is putting the cart before the horse with regard to sidewalks, etc., before even coming into the 20th century.
You can put in all the sidewalks and fancy roundabouts you like, but some day, some year, we are going to be faced with paying for the mismanagement of the thousands of septic fields we have now.
