The West Shore RCMP seized roughly 1,000 tablets of what is believed to be a controlled substance in Highlands.
A 30-year-old Langford woman and a 34-year-old man were arrested in the Millstream Road area on June 10 and were later release on a promise to appear as a result of a drug trafficking investigation, led by the detachment’s crime reduction unit.
