The Vancouver Island Health Authority wants to sell almost two acres of land it owns next to the Victoria General Hospital.
VIHA says the land, known as the VGH Triangle, is surplus. The asking price is $1.25 million for the parcel, located on Watkiss Way.
The property was originally offered for sale in 2009. Anyone interested in the land can make an offer through www.bcbid.ca (RFO # 11111). Offers will be accepted up until 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 30.
