Colwood is looking at working on Lookout Brook Dam this year after a required safety review was completed in January. It proposes an instrumentation survey costing $12,000, to be funded by core dam maintenance budget. Also proposed are various studies in 2014 estimated at $30,000 and one in 2015 estimated at $8,000. They will be considered during budget discussions this spring.
