Royal Roads University is offering a free fruit tree pruning workshop to help growers maximize production.
The clinic will offer demonstrations on dormant apple and pear trees, grape vines, currants and gooseberries, Feb. 22, 10 a.m. to noon at the walled garden, near Parking lot 7. Bring pruning shears.
